At Canberra Energy Ratings, we are committed to providing excellent service to all of our clients. To allow us to best provide this service, which allows our clients to schedule at preferred time and with minimal delays, please ensure you are familiar with our cancellation policy before securing an appointment. 

Cancelled, Rescheduled And Missed Appointments

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please advise CER with at least 24 hours notice via email at [email protected] or through the booking portal.

Any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, or missed without prior communication, will result in a 50% fee.If the booking has been made on behalf of someone else, i.e. the property manager is booking for a tenant, it is the responsibility of the person booking to ensure the client will be in attendance at the required time.

If it is outside of business hours or we do not respond immediately, please know your communication in the form of voicemail or email will be recognised. We will endeavour to respond to all requests upon our return to business.Our priority is to accommodate all clients and provide our best service, so please ensure you are familiar with these terms before booking in with us.
